I finally worked out what is was. Windows Xp Cannot Connect To Internet Using Http Https Or Ftp Put the cd in your dell computer and install the drivers from the cd. Did you install the LAN drivers after the XP install? Register now!

I am at a loss. When you do, your problems will most probably be gone! have u tried to ping the modem. If it is set to dynamic allocation there is not much you can do while in this panel. or the connections. I've tried the netsh-winsock reset to reset the TCP/IP stack but that still didn't fix my problem. Removed unnecessary quote, added emphasis.

If such a conflict arises on your Windows XP computer, you might find that it cannot connect to the Internet through the router. It could be the way Dell's site works now, or at least I hope it's as simple as that.

I EVEN USE NORTON 360 REMOVAL TOOL DIDNT WORK , HAD TOP TECH SUPPORT FROM ROAD RUNNER NOTHING READING THE FORUMS AND THE WINSOCK XP FIX FREE REMOVAL TOOL WORKED!!!!!!!!! Using the site is easy and fun. However when I boot it up normally it gets the same error. My laptop and ipod also connect wireless with no problems.
