as if it had been set to RAID . I tried xp32 just to see if the 32bit drivers would work, but it still can't find the drive. That seemed to get rid of DDO, yet the BIOS still said the drive was only ~32 GB. How can i resolve the problem ? Screw the drive into place, making sure the screws aren't going in crooked. The laptop works reads and loads perfectly, but my win won't complete the install because it can't find the hd.
So when I get to the prompt that ask to insert a disk in A:/ the only option I have is to insert the CD… I've tried to set my BIOS Right now I am doing a copy of the whole C disk, OS, programs and all so I can do this, but before I commit to this can you let me I need the old drive in order to run the image software, as I don't have a boot CD or the windows disks on hand.
