I bought a SAPPHIRE ATLANTIS RADEON 9600XT at NCIX and have had no issues with it and am quite pleased with the product. Is it a bad thing??? Only the oldest systems have AGP 1, which uses 3.3V. So unless your friends PSU is a high quality brand name, then his 250w psu is actually only putting out about 175w.
