At this budget, the recently released r9 390 is a fantastic choice. You especially need your HDD for an OS, or you can't run much than BIOS on your computer. The answer is an i3 cpu.Well duh if you had the money for a i5 it be better to buy one. Ordering it anyway cant wait to put this thing together and be done with my 18 fps arma 3. Power spikes happen and it IS just ESTIMATED wattage. This GPU is an updated version of the r9 290 with increases to performance and cooling efficiency making this model not only affordable but also one of the best graphics card Was this intentional?

It seems like it will do everything I could hope for in a computer and at a great price so I'd like to build it. Would this build be sufficient?
