Good advice from both the above posts. Let's us know how it works out. I ran CPUz software on the system and compared the RAM settings under the Memory tab to the settings under the SPD tab in the 667MHz column. Also, F11 on Mac gets it fullscreen, if anyone's wondering.
When I go shopping for RAMs [2X2GB], do I need to ensure that their specs match the ones listed under the 666 MHz column of the SPD tab in CPUz? it gets the screen. Pls. I had a build similar to this, my last GPU with it was an 8800 GTS 320mb but I got rid of that in 2011.

A friendly email to Corsair may also offer some explanation.Good luck! Very playable. The performance depends on the map. I haven't looked into how the backwards compatibility w/ PCI will work out though. Any errors recorded by Memtest means you have to replace the memory. So thanks for all your responses.
Many people will start this test before going to bed and check it the next day. I just updated my computer after using the same box for over 5 years.
