A little confusing really, and the AMD site is not any better for info since being revamped. There is not any 'SMP specific' logic in the chip that can be disabled. The 2460 is worthless, it lacks the 12v rail and has to be offset with a massive power supply. check over here Nvidia/ATI can do it with their cards and allwinner a10 ...
