Asus A7n8x Doesn't Recognize 1T Sata Drive?

I am not sure why windows didnt like having the ATA and SATA drive connected tell after windows was installed. ( This part took me an hour to get it right I'm pretty sure last time I checked there were no options for SATA, but let me check on that again later... How do I make it work?On the gigabyte board I have there is on option to set the SATA as RAID or ATA to use either as an array or just You have 2 SATA ports.
